Dale Rehfeld's Acting Studio has unique acting programs in which top film and television producers, filmmakers and casting directors collaborate with the students.  There are classes for adults and special Pros and Kids workshops for children and teens.  Classes include intensive scene study, cold reading, and improvisation culminating in weekly workshop performances.  Students get new perspectives and inspiration from our guests and an opportunity to showcase their best work in a supportive atmosphere.

Classes

Special Prepared Cold Reading Intensive Classes with Guest Casting Directors and Producers

2 groups – Children and Young Teens
                  Adults and Advanced Teens

Two day weekly workshop – an intensive cold reading class – preparing students to fully put themselves in the situation with scene analysis and improvisation.

First day – scenes are rehearsed and prepared

Second day – In a well coached 'cold' read actors perform

Scenes for class and guests.  Guest directors along with Dale give guidance and feedback.  Class ends with a Q & A session providing the opportunity for casting directors, producers to get to know each other – 'Inside the Actor's Studio' style.

Improvisation
(Teens and Advanced Children Actors)

Fun!!! This Class is a cross between 'Whose Line is it Anyway' and 'Curb Your Enthusiasm.' Two types of improv - theater games and our original situation improv - an opportunity to be involved in our popular improv shows called 'Laughout!' which has been a cross between 'Whose Line is it Anyway' and 'American Idol', with Casting Director judges.

Biography

Dale Rehfeld is an actress/director/producer. She is an executive producer with Eugene Pack Productions which currently has three television shows in production and a teen improv show and feature film in development. She recently executive produced the critically acclaimed television special 'Celebrity Autobiography' for The Bravo Network, in which she also performed. She is currently a talent consultant for G4 Television Network Dale has taught classes in New York and Los Angeles.

Jeremy Sumpter (Star of the feature film 'Peter Pan' and the TV Show 'Clubhouse') was 'discovered' in the Teen class by regular guest Deborah Dion after a world wide search. Deborah expressed that it helped her to see Jeremy in a workshop situation!

Brenda Price starred in a VH1 pilot after two separate guests saw her work in the adult class - Eugene Pack was the producer and Liberman Patton were the casting directors. Dale coached her and she got the lead!
